dualfroz 9347c45066 fix(api): refresh read snapshot while waiting for Agent node caller row 
Under MySQL REPEATABLE READ the first SELECT in the retry loop pins the
read snapshot, so the node execution row committed afterwards is never
seen and the Agent node fails with "Workflow node execution caller is
unavailable". Roll back the read transaction between attempts.

Fixes #43186
