titleCase() wrote 45 bundled names differently from tzdb, mostly legacy
links like US/Eastern (Us/Eastern), Australia/NSW, Etc/UCT, EST5EDT and
America/Knox_IN. Look up the segments it can't derive in a small table;
the new test checks every bundled zone that tzdb 2026c knows.
